A robust electricity grid for a secure energy future

The restructuring of the energy system places high demands on the electricity grid. Swissgrid is currently developing the Strategic Grid 2040 so that impending bottlenecks in the transmission grid can be recognised and eliminated. However, in order to develop and operate the electricity grid cost-efficiently, all stakeholders are required to work together.
