Sustainability as a reason for efficiency in green antitrust law

With the increasing importance of sustainability and environmental protection, the term "green antitrust law" has become established in antitrust law circles. This article provides an overview of what green antitrust law is all about, why the efficiency reason "sustainability" belongs in antitrust law, how green antitrust law is implemented internationally and, finally, how the sustainability postulate could be enshrined in Swiss antitrust law.
